Where is my order?

Please refer to your order confirmation for an estimated delivery date. Please note that your order may arrive slightly before, on, or slightly after this date. Please check your tracking number to stay up to date on the progress of your order.   

Delivery Options

We provide FREE and Expedited shipping on all orders with no minimum spend.  

How do I return?

Please contact us at info@aquatixpro.com or using the contact us button on the top right of the page to arrange a return. Once we have authorized a return we will provide you with the address and a reference number so you can send the item back.  

Can I exchange?

We do not offer exchanges to our customers, all returned items will be refunded once they have been inspected by our warehouse team. 

Have you received my item?

We will email you once we have received, inspected and processed your refund. 

Faulty Item

Missing Item

We are truly sorry if you have not received a complete order before you contact us please ensure that the delivery is not split into separate orders. Please email us at info@aquatixpro.com or by using the contact us button on the top right of the page. We will rectify the issue for you.

Wrong Item received

If you have received the incorrect order please send it back to us and we will refund the amount. Please contact us so we can arrange a return order for you.
 

When will an item be back in stock?

If an item is currently out of stock. Please enter your email address in the box provided on the product page and we will email you to let you know when the product is back in stock.

How to apply promo codes?

You need to enter the promo code provided exactly as it was given to you at checkout page. Once the code is entered the discount will automatically apply.
